AMTD Singapore Oakwood Premier recognized as Top 5 Hotel in Singapore by TripAdvisor
AMTD Singapore Oakwood Premier, a hotel under AMTD Property Development Group, which focuses on real estate development, investment, operation and development, has received multiple awards, including but not limited to "Top 5 Hotels out of 341 Hotels in Singapore - Certificate of Excellence" by the World’s largest travel platform TripAdvisor.com, "Country Winner for Luxury Business Serviced Apartments" in Singapore by World Luxury Hotel Awards, "Best Serviced Residence (Property Level)" by TTG Travel for the second consecutive year and "NS Advocate Award for Small and Medium Enterprises" by NSmen.
Recently, AMTD Property Development Group officially announced that it has successfully partnered with the world's leading diversified development group and top real estate developer Far East Consortium International Limited (“Far East Consortium”, HKEX: 35) to complete the acquisition of the landmark serviced apartment building Oakwood Premier in OUE Downtown with a total consideration of SGD 290 million (approximately USD 210 million) and has officially changed its name to Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore.

Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore, formed part of OUE Downtown, is a newly refurbished mixed-use development project comprising two high-rise towers with offices and a retail mall apart from the Hotel. Located in the heart of Singapore's vibrant central business district, the Hotel enjoys excellent access to a myriad of commercial, leisure and retail attractions and is within walking distance to Tanjong Pagar, Raffles Place and Downtown MRT station as well as the upcoming Shenton Way and Prince Edward Road MRT stations. Future Singaporean government initiatives, including the CBD Incentive Scheme and Greater Southern Waterfront, will further reinforce this area as a vibrant commercial and lifestyle destination. The Hotel, opened in June 2017, has a total of 268 rooms, 2 restaurants and other amenities with total gross floor area of 23,234 square metres.
